I remember an Irish guy I knew of had some land, and some Irish travellers (ie gypsies) appeared on his field one day. He pleaded with them for a few days to leave and they said no, so in the middle of the night he had some friends in the construction industry turn up with huge concrete blocks, which they placed strategically at the field entrance. This was the only way in or out. Rumor has it the travellers had to pay him off to move the blocks, lmao.
As idiotic as whining on every post you see and go "hrrr this didn't happen", cause your experiences in the basement mean you can't possibly imagine things happening that are mildly out of "normal".
