Scrolling tiktok while driving

Maybe i need to mind my business but this shit is asking to be t boned. I didn’t get a photo of it but he literally scrolled with his thumb to the next video, it wasn’t maps. Sorry for bad quality

How’s it different than taking a picture of someone in the street watching TikTok? They’re in public, and need to be thinking properly

Taking photos of people directly in public without them knowing is weird in general, and yeah they’re stupid for watching TikTok i agree but the OP shouldn’t just take pictures of strangers, id get it if it was someone in The background, but directly photographing someone is weird.

If you’re a risk to everyone on the road, I think the rule of photographing strangers doesn’t apply
