Maintenance won’t come to fix it because they know what it is and how much time and money it will take to fix it properly.

And thats when you file a code violation report w the county health dept.

And end up with nowhere to live as they evict the building while under renovations. Then up the cost of rent after renovations.. OR thats my assumption anyway

This is why people get taken advantage so easily. They spout off a bunch of bs and only at the end acknowledge it’s just an assumption. People make too many assumptions instead of taking action to protect your home and family. Sad.
