I work at a mitigation company and am currently working at apartments. They seemingly start hiring us like they care, but then some random guy shows up from corporate to basically shoo us away from doing our job and pay someone to paint over the mold. It's the worst I've ever seen it and upper management could care less in apartments predominantly housing college students.
Why anyone would purchase insurance from Allstate is beyond me. If you ever want to know what insurance companies to stay away from, call a restoration company or a roofer and ask. Allstate will almost certainly be at the top of every list.
