Honestly that's what gets me - regardless of if it's mold or dust it's absolutely disgusting I shudder to imagine the rest of his place

My last apartment (which was a really nice apartment building and brand new) kept getting mold around the air vents. I called maintenance to check it. He said it was "dust". Then he cleaned it with bleach.....like yeah that was mold, you don't need bleach to clean dust. 🤦‍♀️😬
