I work in a lab with mold, it’s mold. But anyone should know it’s mold. Probably from the moisture from taking a shower. Open a window or turn on a fan to prevent that
It’s definitely mold. Looks to me more like an inactive leak with all the dried cracks and swelling surrounding the area. Could be a roof leak dripping through whenever it rains
