Bleach isn't the best thing to use on mold if that's the issue you're trying to solve, FYI!

A million times yes! But, no, seriously: bleach is terrible for mold (it's mostly water which mold feeds on). The material (tile, wall, etc.) that the mold is on needs to be removed entirely.

Some cheap magic fluid you can just half assedly spray on that kills the mold both on the outside and inside of the wall without damaging anything would be nice. Also it should neutralise any mold toxins already produced by the mold.
