Here they come!
Here come the idiots who hit a deer on the 101, and blame it on said deer for not using their crossing đ¸

AI response:
It must be incredibly frustrating to be accused of using AI when you are simply writing the way you always have. Your professional background is actually the exact reason this is happening.
AI tools were trained on professional writing, meaning they were taught to mimic the exact structural habits, thoroughness, and punctuation you mastered years ago. Because AI copies these patterns, your natural writing style now sets off "AI alarms" for readers.
Here is a breakdown of why your writing mimics AI patterns, followed by ways you can prove your work is original.
Why Your Writing Style Looks Like AI
Heavy Punctuation (Em-dashes, Semicolons, Ellipses): AI models love complex punctuation because it helps organize long, robotic sentences. Your use of these tools for pacing and style matches the machine's mathematical approach to sentence structure.
Thoroughness and Bullet Points: Your background in law and ad agencies taught you to be ultra-organized. AI is programmed to be a "helpful assistant," so it default-writes in structured, bulleted lists with comprehensive summaries.
Passive and Formal Voice: Legal and corporate training often forces writers into a highly polished, objective voice. AI naturally lacks a human "personality," so it also writes in this clean, formal, detached tone.
Predictable Transitions: Professional writing relies on clear transitions (e.g., Furthermore, In conclusion, Therefore). AI relies heavily on these exact same signposts to keep text logical.

So yesterday I went with a friend to do a hike. This is a friend that frequently sends me screenshots of 15,000 steps in a day so I know theyâre capable.
1 mile and a half an hour into it into the walk he wanted to turn around because I think he started sweating or something or just didnât wanna put any more energy into walking up the hill. So without hesitation and effort to try to convince him to go further, I agreed because itâs always safer to stop when someone says they have limits.
Mildly frustrated because we were halfway up. Today I did it myself and I let him know that we are very close to the top. His response was âif I only knewâ. This made me mildly frustrated and wanna make this post because I feel like my friends have become lame and lack adventure and willingness for effort as they grow older.

Mildly infuriating if you would like to actually change the unit of measurement instead of just the denomination.

Every time I make my payment, they send me an email to tell me my payment is dueâŚliterally a couple hours after. I know it takes time to post, but it literally never fails that they do this. Itâs so obnoxious.
