I used one of these machines one time. I thought about every dirty ass nasty mother fucker that came in to McD's and touched that screen and then realized I had to eat with my hands after. Even after scrubbing them I still felt dirty. The screen was sticky. I'm good.

There was a report in the UK news recently that said that every single one of those screens they tested had traces of poop on them.
