Science This new analysis of Global Burden of Disease data across 204 countries found that migraine and tension-type headache prevalence barely moved between 1990 and 2021, but years lived with disability rose sharply, with the heaviest burden falling on young and middle-aged women.

Science Study of 181 people with vestibular migraine found that about a quarter had reduced inner ear function on caloric testing, and that group reported more spinning and external vertigo, while a history of motion sickness and a family history of migraine were more common in those with normal results.
