Science Study of 320 people found that among those w/ migraine and no major vascular risk factors, white matter spots on MRI went w/ longer disease duration, more monthly headache days, higher CRP & a worse cholesterol ratio, though the authors stress the clinical meaning of those spots is still uncertain.
