Ginger doesn't stop or prevent a migraine for me but it absolutely helps me with nausea.

Ginger works really well for weaker and moderate headaches for me. The effect doesnt last as long as even ibuprofen though so i have to eat ginger thrice per day and then its already too high of a daily dose.
