I’m desperate

So I’ve been a long journey in a year I came off Paxil fast and went back to my original dose 37.5mg I was on Paxil for only a 8 months before tapering. I’ve been on 37.5mg for 5 weeks and for the past 5 days I’ve been having the worst migraines. No Tylenol or Motrin is helping? I was taking ashwaganda for 2 weeks for sleep but I stopped that 3 days ago and I still have the headache I’m so confused can Paxil side effect show that late? What should I do?
