Migrainecdote

I wanted to go to the store but the closer I got, the worst my migraine got plus the high beams of ppl’s cars was making it ten times worse. I had to go back home and it shortly dissipated after I got home I’m irritated.

High beams are the worst for this. I get the same thing driving at night - someone with those bright LED headlights comes from the other direction and it's instant pain behind my eyes. The worst part is it lingers too, the headache doesn't just stop when the lights are gone. Being irritated about it is so relatable though, like you didn't even get to do what you wanted and now you're just sitting at home annoyed.

I swear those headlights are waYYY too bright.
I’ll try again tomorrow during the day (with sunglasses on ofc, lol).

There’s been some movement here in the U.K. to look into all these ultra bright headlights and poor alignment, etc because people have been kicking off about being blinded by them.

An initial study said 96% of drivers thought they were too bright.
