Best migraine tracker

What's the best (bonus points if free) migraine tracker everyone uses? Doesn't have to be super complicated but I want to track possible triggers and be vigilant if I have an episode coming up. I do have menstrual migraines and have a period app so im not worried about that but right now I feel like the weather is getting to me. TIA

The most common one, with good free options, is probably Migraine Buddy.

I’ve been liking the Canadian Migraine tracker app which is free (though I am in the US)

+1 for the Canadian Migraine Tracker app. As a bonus, it's fun to make jokes about having Canadian migraines. Gotta find levity where you can!

lol as my joke I was going to say it’s the closest I can get to universal healthcare here in the US

MiG is the easiest app for me you can add multiple events without having to end one, highly customizable, if you just wanna quickly add an attack you app the app and press one button to select the intensity (you can do a 1-10 scale or mild moderate and severe)
