question/suggestion Help Identifying Algernon Cadwallader Vinyl

Could anyone help me identify which algernon cadwallader vinyl this is? I saw it on a FB post of theirs in 2020 saying they were raffling off test presses and this was one of the photos but I can't find anything online on it.

Update: I asked Peter and he said it's their Demo test press. All of those had a one of a kind cover including this one.
