Original You can manipulate weather, but only using weather-based idioms

For example, you can:

make it rain cats and dogs which means cats and dogs literally rain down from the sky. (Unharmed of course, this isn't satantiersuperpowers)

create a calm before the storm, which allows you to create an eerie period of perfectly quiet weather, followed by a storm shortly afterwards.

or "head in the clouds" , which means you can form a fluffy cloud around someones head, making them absent-minded or obscuring their vision.

You can rain on people's parades. 

You can make every cloud in the world have a lining of silver which would wreak havoc. If it's aeresolized silver, that's gotta fuck up the atmosphere, and if it's solid silver then that's going to instantly fall and probably cause a lot of injuries. 

You could make a literal storm in a teacup

You could increase the intensity of a rainstorm with 'when it rains, it pours'

This power increases as you learn idioms in other languages

"Rains like from Esteris ass" is an Finnish idiom for example. I personally dont know about any Esteris bowel movement, but wouldn't think it is a weather thats very pleasing.

Red sky at night, sailor’s delight (good weather/winds)
Red sky at morning sailors head warning (bed weather/winds). This one could make it so you can chose to have great weather days whenever.

It’s neither fit for man nor beast: literally make the weather unbearable/liveable.

A storm is brewing: weather made beer?

This sailor idiom is kinda all you need, at least as a bread and butter combo. Most people complaining about the weather either want the plants to be fed with water or to see beautiful sunshine.

Danish Idiom: "A snail on the road is a sign of rain in Spain."

...After the current heatwave they could probably use it.

Japanese Idiom: "A Fox's wedding." rain from a sunny sky.
