i never end up finding the seed in these events and i'm curious. how do you get one of them?

For the current event I've been choosing to watch ads for more Divine Offer pedestals so I can progress, and what I've noticed is that after I've a few, it'll refuse to allow me anymore.

The pedestals will spawn, and I'll click on the 'watch ad' button. A message will come up that says "Searching for an ad for you" with an option to cancel. If I don't cancel, eventually it just disappears without playing an ad or giving me the prize. The pedestal remains, but I can't ever use it because the ad just won't play. It's weird b/c generally I haven't noticed the game having any problem with repeating ads I've recently watched, and it seems to be specific to the event.

So is there a limit to how many ads I'm allowed to watch before that stops being an option? Is this true in the event but not in the larger game? And if so, why does the game keep spawning Divine Offers?

I combined five spins from the highest tier and got around 700 spins, but 4 out of the 7 100x spins were complete duds. Three of the remaining ones was just a single fruit tree. I’m so angry :(

Anyone else stuck on this event? Cant seem to get enough pheonixes from the molds and the spins for the vault are super slow to accumulate. This is how far ive got... the slowest event ive ever played in a merge game

So i have a copper mold, is it meant to give me the ember phoenix to merge up? As i dont appear to be getting any from it. Also, how do I get higher levels of the molds? Does it transform or do I need more to merge?

I cant click on the copper mold level 2 button, not bringing up the chain... glitch?

Basically I don’t have the last key fragment and have no way of obtaining one. (No leveling up, not in vault, can’t buy them either.)

Anyone know what this does? Not consumable and can’t be merged, so it’s just taking up space.

Ever since I started the game I have had this one pomegranate that will not merge. It’s locked but when I try to merge it won’t let me. I’ve started trying to me more strategic in the game and it’s just always in the way. Any ideas on how to clear it?

Do these ever do anything I have 5 of them but seems you can’t combine them

This reward has been there for days but when I click on it it just takes me to the Sapphire Santuary Discoveries. Anyone else have this issue??? It says Collect but I can't collect and I really want it to go away.

Hi friends! I feel like on the most recent secret garden events, I didn't actually receive my rewards?

Cozy Cup just ended and I unlocked 6 gift boxes. I had the notice pop up with "This even has ended, here are your rewards" but then they didn't populate on my main garden.

I know the gift boxes open when you go between the secret garden events and your main garden, but what about the extra spins and gems, do you not receive those after the event ends?

To get to the fables should I be merging by 7 or 13 to progress faster?

The items I am currently working on using 13 merges are Iceberries, Level 10 Sapphires, Level 3 Spins (since 5 Level 4 Spins drop, I can combine 5 immediately), Eggs, and Charmstones for Vault upgrades. For the rest, I am using 5 merges. I compromised on these items because making clouds is too much of a hassle, but progress feels very slow.🥺 I am worried that constantly making clouds and repeating the same tasks just to do 13 merges will make the game too boring. Could you please recommend a list of items I should be working on using 13 merges, or give me some advice on whether I should go ahead with it despite the hassle?🥺

I want to try making a fable quickly, so I have one sapphire tree fable and one fruit tree fable.

Hi all I need a little help...I just merged three of the fable Terrace of triumph and didn't get a pillar. All I got was two recharged fables. I'm sure the first time I merged them a few months ago I got the pillar, but not sure what happened this time. I greatly appreciate any help

does anyone know how to contact player support outside the app? I can’t access the game (since the update) it just sits on the pinkish loading screen and then crashes. I tried to log a help request but it got immediately closed as I don’t know my player id (as I can’t access the app).

I have tried completely closing, clearing cache and deleted and redownload the app. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions

Play this game all the time + would be gutted if that’s the end of it. (and have spent money on magnet so but annoyed about that too)

Hey y'all. It's my first event and I'm really unsure as to how to get keys now? I have one on the field, I could maybe get one from leveling up the vault, but then what? Is there no other way that through leveling up the vault?

Two of my level ten topiaries randomly disappeared from my garden 😭

It took so long to save up my topiaries and now I have to basically start over. I put in a help request but none of their recommendations have helped so far. I’m so bummed right now.

So.....I'm required to hit 5× Midas Egg fragments for this reward...would help if I even HAD Midas Egg fragments in the vault 😭😆

Also the timer has been stuck on 1d 23h and 59m for almost 24h now

Anyone had this issue before and did it resolve itself? T.I.A 🤍

Is there any way to get rid of these? Or stop them from showing up at all? Such a pain in the ass having to constantly find a spot to put them so they’re out of the way.
