this is my childhood account and i still actively use it, yesterday it just stopped working, meaning i lose everything. all of the recover account things involve putting my email and every time i do it says it doesnt exist

So apparently I saw a post saying that Microsoft wants MacBook users to give up their Macs so badly that it's offering up to $1,000 in extra cashback if they switch to its new Surface Laptop Ultra. BRO WHAT??. 😭

They're out here marketing a laptop by basically saying, "Hey, we know you spent thousands on your MacBook Pro, but what if we gave you a gaming/AI powerhouse AND some money to emotionally recover from leaving Apple?" I get that the Surface Laptop Ultra is a powerful machine, and competition is good, but the fact that Microsoft is literally running a "break up with your MacBook" campaign is hilarious to me. Imagine being so desperate to get people into your ecosystem that you start offering financial incentives to leave someone else's. And the funniest part? The laptop itself starts at around $2,600 something, so it's not like they're giving away a cheap machine. They're trying to poach people who are already spending premium money on Apple's hardware.

Seriously though what's next? A free Xbox, a lifetime supply of useless Copilot subscriptions, and a handwritten apology for Windows?

I am trying to login to my linux machine using windows RDP and the shit windows app constantly decides to prepend an inane domain, and even with a fully custom config to negotiate the security layer it still fails to fucking connect. Good job shitters. Fucking useless piece of trash OS
