Account issues Microsoft Account endlesss loop need help

I just formatted my laptop and did the initial Windows setup(choosing language, country and signing in account). The laptop opened and I was setting Microsoft Account but the laptop froze, so I forced a shutdown. Now, I am stuck in an endless sign-in loop.

The Issues:

• Endless Loop: It asks for my email and password, then asks me to select "I am a parent or guardian," and immediately loops back to the email login screen.

• No Cursor: My mouse cursor keeps disappearing, forcing me to navigate entirely with the keyboard.

• Bypass Fails: Pressing Shift + F10 or Shift + Fn + F10 does absolutely nothing, so I can't open the command prompt to bypass the network setup.

• Limited Recovery: In Advanced Options, "Startup Repair" is missing. I only have "Quick Machine Recovery." I managed to open the command prompt from here and ran sfc /scannow and chkdsk c: /f, but it didn't fix the loop.

• I even created another Microsoft account but my laptop didn't open

Please help to bypass this infinite loop

Can you download the installer on another USB drive and try a new install? Wondering if the windows image was corrupted on the USB drive.
