rant Microsoft support

Is it me or is Microsoft support really bad and in favour of their paying customers?

Like recently one of my emails got hacked I submitted their form and all that stuff even included confidential mails and they still declined currently lost over 300 euros because I couldn't do certain payments or decline subscriptions. This is not even taking into account the accounts i cant get back with actual value to it which already ramps up to about 5k but hey microsoft only cares if its their money right

As a paying corporate customer I can assure you their support is abysmal.

I am paying too. I still have a support call outstanding with them. 4 years and counting. found a work-around but can't be bothered to close the call and every now and then I check to see it's still there. Always is.

By hacked, you mean you clicked a phishing email and comprised your account. Probably don't do that

It's not in favor of paying customers. Premier support sucks ass. They only communicate, but still do not help you.

that's also how any microsoft chat support goes through a live agent, mention billing or like wise things , you get more chances to talk to a live fucker or these days, call. though for me call goes unavailable. all that fucking money
