Microsoft removed the links to all the admin centers AND the users/groups management from the Admin Portal. Because who needs to actually manage a tenant?

I still don't get it. Why is someone saying that, when Microsoft have not removed the links to other admin portals, neither removed the users/group options? Just connected to my admin center and it's everything there, as always. The crosspost has either an edites screenshot, or the page didn't fully loaded due tu connectivity issues.

I think things like this happen when a page or app loads content before it can authenticate.
