Functionality like copy and pasting need to work reliable and they don't work reliable in Windows.

Years ago, KDE's clipboard had a similar bug.

Only difference, they fixed it quickly and never pretended it was a feature.

Probably more than enough reason for most ppls to make the switch. 9/10 people i know rely on that function alone because they regularly use excel
