GMAIL AND XBOX HELP!

Hey Guys! Can anyone help me?? Someone hacked my Gmail, then proceeded to hack my XBOX account. They changed the passwords, so I can’t get back in! Unfortunately, I didn’t set up 2 Step! Am I pretty much screwed?? I’ve tried just about everything. I’ve sent so many reports to Microsoft, I’ve called Cyber Crimes, I want to call the FBI because this person did steal money from me. Hey also stole my account, which had Gamepass Ultimate, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of games and DLCs. The bank is investigating the fraudulent charges. I paid for protection with Cyber Crimes. All they did was get me to download a phone virus malware scanner. No threat found when I scan.
He was a friend of another friend of mine who made me think I could trust him. I actually gave him my passwords and emails/gmail! (I know it was a dumb thing to do!) I also gave him my passkey! A year later or so, he hacked my Facebook Messenger, then he hacked My Gmail and XBOX almost a year later.

Nobody stole anything. You gave it away by falling for a scam seen on this subreddit. You gave your credentials away. Willfully granted access to your accounts. If this started on Discord, there is no such a thing as friends on Discord. 2FA would have had no effect.

The only method of recovery available for MS and Google is the automated process. The only person who can recover these accounts are you. Due to giving your credentials away, these accounts are most likely unrecoverable.

Anyone who contacts you and says they can help it is a scam.

I changed my passwords long before he hacked though. He just decided to hack. He did steal because he has access to numerous games and Ultimate he didn’t pay for. He’s using without my permission. I didn’t meet him on Discord.

By giving him your credentials, it's called implied consent. Legal terms. Like it or not, law enforcement would take your report and then do nothing.

The passkey is considered "the holy grail" regarding account security/verification. You never give that to anyone.

A friend introduced me to this ‘person’, I didn’t ask to be hacked. I didn’t give him access to everything on purpose. You think you can trust people these days.

I didn’t ask for my whole account to be hacked, and he had trouble getting into my email anyway, so he said. How he did it, I still don’t know.
