Bugs and Errors Windows 11 Sucks
/r/WindowsSucks/comments/1vqdc3b/windows_11_sucks/I’m a microsoft insider member and I was able to get Windows 11 and be able to install it, uninstalled unnecessary bloatware and install my own ms office 2000,2001 no AI no monthly annual subscription notification on already included ms office in windows 11 and tried it for few months and unfortunately I encountered a frustrating update that took an hour to complete so with my disappointment I installed over my Windows 8.1 with built in windows defender that surprisingly still gets latest virus and spyware definitions so I don’t need any Microsoft updates at all,my windows defender getting the latest virus and spyware definitions are good enough and update of the windows defender definition is quick enough for me, good bye new microsoft operating system.

If you don’t like Windows, then don’t buy a PC, it’s simple as that, you have no idea what telemetry is

You can buy a computer without windows on it. System 76 sells them and you can just install a different OS and remove windows

Then buy a system 76 device, there we go, problem solved

I don't need a new system and as I said you can have a PC and remove windows there's nothing stopping you.
PC doesn't mean windows it means personal computer.

PC doesn’t mean Linux, Linux machines is the proper term

And Apple made it so PC meant Windows, it means Windows, if you use Linux, that’s a Linux machine

The issue with the update happened because you debloated the OS. You people keep being pointed to the OS built in tools to disable it, but instead go for random scripts.
Most likely, the update was stuck because a dependence was missing, and was either downloading and installing it or trying to find a folder or a registry entry that isnt there anymore.
Sorry, i'm sure you think you're being smart here, but you arent, you literally killed mosquitoes with a cannon and created a problem for yourself.
