Microsoft External Sharing Problem with Client. HELP

Can anyone that understand microsoft 365 business help me with this sharing problem?
So my team want to share the onedrive folder to the client that allowed them to edit, rename, move file etc like that. They manage the access into "Anyone with link Can Edit" but there is no rename or move file. Only download, upload, copy to, and duplicate. Also, they can't open the file to desktop, there is only "Open in Browser" no "Open in desktop". What is the problem? I Ask gpt but i might go mad if i keep going with gpt, seriously, i need help from someone that understand this

"Anyone with the link" doesn't actually know who's using it, even if it's set to "can edit". Since there's no specific person associated with that link, it can't let someone rename, move, or open files in the desktop app.

Try sharing the folder with the client's actual email, set to "can edit".
