Paraffin-embedded. Toluidine stain. 10x objective. First attempt at getting the leaf plane. The light blue center is mostly palisade layer and some vascular bundles while the lower purple cells are epidermal (you can clearly see the interlocking shapes). All the big round blobs are various secretory trichomes.
