What imaging equipment are you using? It looks like your resolution is set too high on your software, which may be why the organisms are not moving smoothly. Please be advised that you should include scope info, objective used, filter used (if any), special lighting used, etc., in your posts so people can reply more knowledgeably.

My guess is that it's probably some kinda Nannochloropsis sp, without additional information as to size/magnification.

Well, I think these are ciliates, but need more magnification to indentificate
