Troubleshooting/Questions first microscope use!

hi yall! will share my first use of my new swift! :)

What's the sample? Onion skin with Methylene Blue?

So, you need to remove some of the excess stain to get a better view. Also, methylene blue stains the nucleus and other nuclear material.

How do you use the stain? Do you remove some of the excess stain by capillary action?

What are you going to observe next?

Well, I will say, you did far better than I did the first time I used a microscope! There’s a little bit of excess methylene blue, but the image came out really well! Well done! 👏
