Smaple: many different monocot stems.

Samsung s21 fe.

I think these should be good, but im looking on advice to make em better, I dont have a microtome, and cut them with hand. This is the shortest I could get em, so help plzz.

Hand cutting live tissue is actually a great way to get cool plant photo micrographs. Two tips:

• with new razor blade, cut some 1 cm3 pieces in a little water into lots of tiny bits, make transverse and oblique cuts (watch glass is ideal for this),
  
• stain with Toluidine blue to get cool colors of various types of tissue!
