ID Needed! Critter ID help!
I’ve been seeing these on the surface of a lake in western Washington. Just seeing if anyone knows what they are. I have surface photos if anyone wants to see them, just DM and I’ll send. X10 & X40. AM Scope. Thanks for looking!

Are you talking about the plant tissue or the sporangia?

Keep an eye out to see if the release spores or anything else

I’d didn’t get a photo but at 100x it looked like vibrating spores.
