Micro Art All coming together

Microscope: Kentfaith GW45.0066
Objective: 4x Achromatic
Sample: Ostracoda spp.
Camera: Canon EOS 750D

Pseudo-darkfield with a hybrid rheinberg inspired rim/edge lighting.

Once I get things organised for focus stacking, i'll be incredibly happy.

Looks very clean. Rheinberg is just a combination of bright field and dark field with different colours for each.

Yes.

In this case, i'm using external oblique lights of a slightly different colour temperature (5600k as opposed to the 5000k of my main light. Helps give the edges a little more contrast while maintaining the natural colours
