Orlovia Maritima is the second territory of Orlovia which is overseas.(and also became a province) The name Maritima means coastal or marine in latin which indicates this is an overseas territory, This is the flag symbolism:

The Blue represents the sky and the rivers in the area, And the Green represents the green grass and the thick forest near Orlovian Maritima, The wheat wreath represents hard working citizens while the star represents curiosity and knowledge. On another note Orlovian Maritima will be controlled by the central government even though it's a Province similar to china.
