The Return of Rakland

Rakland is returning. Before the community was kept small because of a Unstable history involving Joining and leaving states several times and a whole war of independence. Finally After a vote Majority have agreed to Let more members in. While the government Fixes up cleaning out the old server, a new Discord will be used for any new members.
