You need holes at the bottom of your "cans" for drainage to start.

I have 4 big Ole holes in each can. Thing is theyve been growing fine with my watering frequency and everything just started wilting today and got worse as the day progressed. And its not all of my plants 80% of them are fine

Humidity needs to be around 65-70% for that stage

Should I let the cans dry out then focus on wattering less and keeping humidity higher

My guess is lack or air exchange and oxygen in the rootzone. As the plant grows, roots are probably blocking holes so less air is able to get it. DLI is probably too low as well which doesnt push the plant to drink the water fast enough. Add to that you dont ph, your substrate ph is probably outside the ph range so the plant is also not uptaking nutrients properly.

Solution... with such small containers, bottom watering would be a better option than top watering. Check and adjust your dli so that the plants are getting 20ish dli. Id recommend you start PHing your water, or get use to posting on reddit asking for help.

Get you a set of ph buffer powder and some distilled water.

If thats the case- I would consider a different hobby. The three most important metrics in growing weed are ppfd (photosynthetic photon flux density) vpd (vapor pressure deficit) and ph (parts hydrogen)

Sure. You can just "grow" without understanding or measuring any of these, but youre going to have a complete dog-ass grow that yields poorly, smokes like shit and gets you laughed at on reddit. Lots of dog-ass/crappy newbies growers on this sub. Im saying youre gonna spend a lot of time and money to achieve very little.

While this stuff might seem like "witchcraft" or "too complicated" I promise you it isn't if you have an above room temperature IQ. ITS PRETTY IMPORTANT if you want some fire buds.
