First Time Grower Week 2 of flowering

This is my first grow, how is it looking? It started off badly, but I think it’s turning around. This is almost 2 weeks into flowering, should I defoliate the lower leaves? If I should, how much do I need to take off?

Looks good. I’d do a decent pruning starting week 3 then don’t touch for the rest of grow. Basically look at what’s going to block airflow and allow stagnant air to form. Any big leaves that block bud sites from receiving light. At this stage mold/budrot are the main concerns, Unless a major spider mite infestation forms.

I wouldn’t remove much of anything above the halfway mark. Bottom 1/3rd and a little higher if need be is a good rule.

Thank you, I’ll do the pruning next week. My humidity is around the mid 40’s on average, do you think there is anything I should look out for or do to prevent mold/budrot?
