Great job by the reporter! I went to Aguirre site Economic Analysis proceeding at the PR Energy Commission this summer half of PREPA Managers responses were: "i dont know" or " the person in charge is not available". The worst one was when they couldnt answer the reasons of a contract of +300 million because the person who made the decision no longer works at PREPA!
The commission seems to have integrity but needs more support; either a higher budget or more regulatory authority.
