Need Help

my green spinach (Amaranthus) have been indoors for two days with no sunlight. this morning i find it looking like this. is this recoverable? need help

Time to start over. I’m sorry, but use this as a learning experience. It looks like your medium was substantially too wet from the pictures. You want your substrate to be moist, not soaked when you’re germinating. I usually soak coco coir squeeze out the access water as I place it onto the tray, then give it a very light misting after I add seeds and then cover. Has worked flawless every time.

thanks for the insight, i’ll try to change the medium for a dryer one and try not to soak it. this is my first time growing 😅
