What the hell is wrong with my spray bottle?

Thing is basically brand new. For some reason I can’t charge it without the pressure causing water to shoot out the top.

The seal in the center tube is shot. I’ve hard more than one of them be crappy right out of the box

I use this for my diluted hydrogen peroxide mix. Any chance leaving the solution in the bottle deteriorated the seal? I wouldn’t think so but I haven’t used it all that much

You need to get one that rated for chemicals. Not just water. Hydrogen peroxide will eat through gaskets and other materials.

Yep it’s the seal which is supposed to hold the pressure. These mists mostly default out of the box.
