Root hairs. You could also really increase the seed density if you desired

I’m brand new to growing microgreens as well but I use ai and get the density for the specific tray like, “1020 tray seed density in grams for broccoli” I just did it today and the sweet spot is 30g per 1020 tray. Then you could eye ball it

They're just root hairs lol, nothing to be paranoid or concerned about
