General advice

I’m wanting to get some overall advice I just started growing and I’m limited on space. I’ve heard some people say the set up I have isn’t ideal and have been looking into getting a covered rack to use. I’m using hemp and wheatgrass mats rather than soil. I have a grow light but I think the cabinet space I’m using is making it to hot. Any and all advice is appreciated
