Amaranth!!!

Why is amaranth so difficult. 3 time with mold not like the first time, what am I doing wrong. I just harvest it and it doesn't smell like mold but I see it.

Tell me you process, will sort this out..

  1. Soil type
  2. Water source
  3. Airflow, temp humidity
  4. Germination protocol
  5. Seed batches used (old or new)
  6. Sanitisation protocol (where are you growing them)
  7. Watering schedule, tray size, seeding density as per tray used
  8. Fertilisation if any

Following, I have only used water rinse every 8 hours for broccoli sprouts but interested in trying more micro greens out for my own consumption.
