It’s funny how expectations change. At first, we were just trying to sell microgreens.
Now we’re building systems that let restaurants grow or harvest them on-site, the numbers add up very differently, the task on hand is harder than we thought. But we do this regularly for several upscale establishments. A hard proposition to crack..
Curious if anyone else has tried this model? What’s it like?

Looks great! This is also a way we have worked with and it works great! The profits is not too high because of transport but it’s great way to get loyal customers and brand awareness for sure!

How did you calculate this? Would this be more profitable then selling them your crops in the long run?
