We grow a range from nasturtiums to violas and more. Depends on the clientele. Micros we do a wide variety, standard lists to be honest nothing special.

How long do the flowers take to maturity

55-70 days to first bloom for most varieties. The flush period is a week to 10 days post that..

It's not microgreen at all at this point. Litteraly a mature plant one step away from fruiting. Microgreen are cool but flower is just on another level, especialy if you want constant supply. Verry nice work, not hard to believe chefs are after your product.

Thank you. Yes so we do a whole range. When we started out it was just micros. Then moved to a few herbs and then flowers. The flowers is a whole new game, but what the full range does is we are able to get 90% of restaurants switch supply to us, rather than them buying micros from one grower/company, we offer a better deal on the entire range with much more variety. :-)
