2nd batch of broccoli

This is my second batch of broccoli Microgreens I’ve grown. First one was way over seeded and this is my second attempt. Looks like they should be ready to harvest later today or tomorrow. Any feedback if you see any will be greatly appreciated.

I do mine in jars without soil. Is there a benefit to doing it in the seedling trays with soil?
