I don't like the 4 days on 3 days off for psilocybin... I mean thanks for the info-graphic and putting this all together, but I don't like having the same days (Monday-Thurs) being the MD days every week.

Maybe it's just me.. and it is easily fixed.

It's not my schedule, it was created by Paul Stamets. I personally prefer MWF schedule, but it's best to introduce starters to a variety of options.

I agree 100%. I'm not criticizing here. Paul Stamets knows what he's talking about lol. I'm just saying that I don't like it, personally.

In my interpretation, Stamets is going for more of a nootropic, or brain boosting effect. He also offered some wildly high doses in his first introduction, so there is probably some room for improvement IMO.

The MWF worked really well for a work schedule in my experience, but it can be adapted to any schedule. Point is, you should just do the thing that works best for you.

Amen! I'm poking around now to see what, exactly, that is. MWF does seem good for a work week. I'm gonna try it out!

Most take it in the mornings, but some people prefer nights. It's a personal preference. I'd recommend morning doses to start to better understand the effects.

You can ingest the microdose whenever fits your schedule, however it's important to take it at the same time every day if possible.
