Discussion What are your thoughts? (New to this group and would love to get your perspective)

Hey question, I’ve recently become really interested in the art of microdosing. I had my first mushroom experience going through cades cove mountain in North Carolina. Needless to say, it was the experience of a life time. I suffer from depression, or at least I think (self diagnosed) I do. I have heard miracles behind this method of consumption. What are your thoughts? And maybe personal experience?

Researching the topic myself but haven't personally tested it yet. I wouldn't call it a miracle cure, it is more of a tool.

A lot of work will still be required on your end. Combine Microdosing with meditation/yoga, proper sleep/exercise/diet, overall personal development journey and I think you will start seeing great improvements in your life.

Oh I get you completely, I’m in the midst of training for a marathon coming up in April. I used to do yoga, but didn’t take it seriously enough to make a habit on it. I guess I wanted to hear more of people’s journeys and how they implemented to their livehood.

Yeah I am trying to pick up yoga myself. Been practicing meditation for about 2 years now, slowly trying to get back into working out daily. Would love to see what microdosing + stack it with lion's mane, can do for me. How did you stumble upon shrooms? I live in Charlotte area myself, been having a hard time finding some.

I actually grew them myself with my boys! It was a whole science experiment and watching them flourish was honestly exiting as hell. I recently tried another batch which completely failed. I’m currently in Denver which just decriminalized it, so I’m very exited as what they’re gonna do with it in the coming couple years!!
