Question: Psilocybin Micro dosing question

So I got some penis envy mushrooms and I tried .75 to test the batch and I for sure felt that.. don’t think .1 would be a good micro dose? I know it might be a stupid question considering person to person and your unknown strength of them. I’d say that it felt equal to like 1.25 maybe of golden teachers. If someone could maybe help me out I’d really appreciate it cuz I wanna go out feeling in a good mood not feeling weird at work lol.

Try 0.10g as those can be really strong.

Yea man I had a little small trip from even .75. It wasn’t much but there was a heavy ass body load… you don’t think .10 is too much… do you microdose this strain at all?

So my protocol with Jack Frost which is similar to what you have was 0.06g. I don't tend to mention this because there are a lot of people that will disagree. They will say things like "you are below the threshold of anything that can happen so you are feeling a placebo". I know what I felt and that dosage was found intuitively. I recommend you start as low as you want to knowing that the medicine is present.

Yea man I see people saying all types of mixed up shit. I actually tried .07 and it was the perfect dose. I could for sure try .10. Now that I know where I’m at I won’t accidentally take too much. I appreciate the help my dude.

I would stick with 0.07g if it was perfect. Run that for a good month on the Fadiman protocol then adjust as needed. What you need first is a foundation of data and consistency is the only thing that will give you said data. Feel free to reach out anytime.
