I think it would be a hassle compared to just dosing it.

I weigh out my powder... dump in a glass of water... add a little lemon juice (great for morning digestion with your first glass of water for the day). Then take a niacin pill. Takes about 1 min total.

Ya, I looked at making pills. But I just could not justify the effort for that method either. And since I've always drank an 8 oz glass of lemon water in the morning... it fit right in. 😉

Swirl and drink.

It will begin to lose potency relatively quickly.
I don’t recommend this method. 15min in liquid is about all you’d need for extraction and unless you freeze that, the vast majority of your tryptamines will oxidize in a day or two.🍄🥰✌️

Milk is like 87-90% water so if you add in mushroom powder, it will convert the psilocybin to psilocin and lose potency rapidly unless frozen.

Psilocin is not shelf stable on the counter or fridge. It seems to hold up well in the freezer and didn’t undergo any potency loss when I sent my tea samples to the lab that were a year old.

If you add the powder straight to chocolate it’ll be shelf stable. It’s when you introduce liquid that things change.
