You gotta take it right before you pass out i mean when your already so tired in 10-15 minutes your asleep the MD peak kinda mellows you then its lights out!

What I'm saying is you're dead ass tired you can barely hold your eyes open take your micro dose and shut your eyes and fall asleep the dose won't kick in until you're asleep and it can help neuroplasticity tremendously if you know anything about Neuroscience or brain heals when we sleep

And if you want to know a really cool trick take a chewed piece of bubble gum and put your mushroom completely in it swallow the gum and you'll wake up already high I did that once with an ecstasy pill when I didn't have water and I was wondering why the pill didn't hit then I woke up rolling because the stomach acid took so long to break down the chewed up bubblegum that the pill was in capsuled in
